Bernima Inc. was founded in 2026 as a technology corporation specializing in LegalTech, with a focus on machine learning. It builds products for legal teams and for consumers, among them Bernio OS and Bernio Chat. These products are based on innovative approaches, including Bernima’s own specialized models for legal workflows.

To make capable AI usable for confidential legal work, without handing over control of privileged material to get it.
Law is where confidentiality, accountability and precision are conditions of the work. We would rather those guarantees be properties of the system than promises beside it.

Not one general model answering everything, but smart models sized to the work, measured on it, and running where the matter lives. That is the know-how Bernima builds, and the foundation of every product it ships.

Its founders come from both. Behind them is a team of scientists, systems and security engineers and practising advocates, each brought in for a part of the problem they have solved before.

Dr. Sergey Milutin, LL.M.
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Milutin practised for many years at Hogan Lovells in Germany, advising on cross-border disputes, investigations and compliance.
He leads Bernima and its work on technology for legal teams, bringing a practitioner’s view of how legal work is actually done and of what it requires.

Dr. Alexandra Bernadotte
Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Bernadotte is a deep-tech founder and scientist working across machine learning, mathematics and robotics, with a record of shipping machine learning under hardware constraints in fields where a wrong answer is a critical event.
As Chief Technology Officer, she leads Bernima’s machine learning and engineering, including its specialized models for legal workflows.
